Great set-up, Ordered twice
This is my second purchase of this box/phone over the past 2 years. Works great for exterior emergency phone access in various locations at our resort.

THE PHONE IS AN ORDINARY AT&T TRIMLINE PHONE YOU CAN BUY ANYWHERE FOR $10-$20. THE BOX IS A WEATHERPROOF BOX YOU CAN BUY FOR $50. THE PHONE CANNOT BE PROGRAMMED TO AUTODIAL 911 OR A PARTICULAR EMERGENCY NUMBER, SO IT DOESN'T REALLY WORK WORK AS AN EMERGENCY PHONE IN A PUBLIC AREA OR COMMON AREA, SINCE IT CAN BE USED BY ANYONE TO CALL INTERNATIONAL OR LONG DISTANCE NUMBERS.

Insulated phone box
The product was exactly what I had hoped it would be...a weatherproof telephone box including the telephone. The only disappointment I experienced was the lack of information about the phone and box itself while I was researching it prior to purchase. Until I actually received it by mail and opened it, there remained just a little bit of a mystery about what I had purchased.

Cheap phone - returned it.
Waste of money as far as "phone" goes. The box is fine but the cheap Trim Line phone you can buy for $10 at Walmart. I returned the product and got one from Ebay made for commercial use.

Be aware
The phone back plate they send along with this has electrical tape on the back to keep it from shorting out. be aware that this is not sufficient. Use spacers or another insulater behind it. Just did a waranty service call on this and now my profit is gone.(I hate that).
