Update: I had originally gave this 5 stars. I had said it was good for kids. No. No. No. My 6 year old son accidentally dropped it off the arm of our loveseat and it shattered the inside of the screen. He drops the Kindle Fire all the time and it never even gets a scratch. I had not counted on it being so fragile. It might be good for adults needing a cheap tablet if they are not accident prone. But, do not let your kids use this. It was only $38 but that is $38 I wasted now.This gets 5 stars because of the price. This is a one day in review. If I remember later on I will come back and update my review. We bought this on sale during Prime Day but it looks like we could have just waited as the price is just over a dollar more today even though it was listed as being over $10 more on Prime Day but I digress. Note there is a white one that is even cheaper than I paid for this one on sale. I'm not too mad about it though because I feel it is worth any of the prices. For a low end tablet this thing is great so far. My kids have watched Netflix on it and played games on it so far. Picture quality is not the best but still pretty good especially for an under $40 tablet. I plan on buying about 3 more so that each of my kids have their own. I took a couple pictures with it and the camera is not good at all. If I had bought it for its camera then I would have to go down to a 2 on that. It reminded me of an old cheap digital camera from 15 years ago. But, I bought it for just having another device to occupy the kids. I would even be happy watching Netflix on it myself or browsing the internet on it if I had no other device or just wanted something really small. It's also the perfect size for putting in my purse if I wanted to get online at a free wifi spot. I recommend this to anyone needing a good quality tablet for their kids or just to have a backup that does not cost a lot of money.

The tablet itself was delivered earlier than expected which was nice. The reason I rated it 3 stars is 1. both front & rear cameras are of horrible quality. So incredibly grainy thats its hard to dechiper what you're looking at. 2. Battery life is absolutely horrible. I read reviews that warned me of this but I wasnt expecting battery to go from 100% to 92% in under 5 mins. And this was just from looking to see what all came preinstalled on the tablet. No internet surfing or using apps. I purchased this as a gift for my daughter and I dont even want to give it to her. I guess thats what you get for a $40 tablet

I love this product for the price. Obviously this a bargain tablet and therefore cannot expect the same speeds as a thousand dollar tablet. But this was for my 7 year old daughter and this has worked out great.The tablet has been really good. The battery life will get drained quickly if you watch videos, and play intense games etc. but again this is a solid tablet for the price.

It may be some sort of wifi issue, so I am giving his an extra star, just in case, as the tablet itself appears to be a good size and quality. I bought this for my daughter so that she could do her assigned summer homework while not tied to a computer. The tablet disconnects a lot and/or freezes up. She has to reboot it constantly. It is very frustrating for her as it loses her place in the homework when it crashes. At this point, she would rather just use it for music while she sits at the computer to do the homework! (So it is very good for downloading music onto!)

So I purchased this tab on Amazon day. Worked alright for a little while but the battery drained quickly. No biggie. Then I started getting pop up ads on it. Now I get them every few minutes. All apps are normal apps I have on my phone. So I started researching the apps that were preinstalled. Several of them were malware and saved as part of the device so they can not be removed. I can not use it for anything important and it's constantly freezing up because off this malware. DO NOT BUY

I can't believe this product got any good reviews. It actually makes me question if all of them are legit. The battery life is terrible, but that doesn't surprise me considering the price. I bought this for my daughter so I thought, that's a good way to limit the screen time. The resolution is pretty bad, also not that big of a surprise, I could deal with that. The worst part is how slow it is. I got it for watching YouTube, kids games and maybe some Facebook and internet surfing for me. Is useless for all of that. Videos don't load, they just spin endlessly. Apps freeze so consistently I don't think I've gotten one to work yet. This, combined with everything else makes this tablet a complete waste of money. I actually find it too frustrating to use. I missed the return window so it sits on a shelf. Stay away.

Terrible screen, if you twist it to the side in the slightest you only see a black screen. I sent it back immediately. It's possible that I had a faulty one but if the one I had is typical I wouldn't find it suitable for anyone. I bought a refurbished name brand tablet when I returned this tablet and it was well worth the little bit of extra money I paid.

Low resolution display, slow processing and off calibration for touch made this frustrating. Charging port broke after a few months and kids couldn't play basic learning games without it freezing most of the time
