Watch Crystal Remover and Inserter Crystal Lift Tool

This product is great if you need to get to some watch movements, and it didn't break the crystal!

I purchased this through Amazon, and a company called Esslinger was the vender. I have purchased products from them in the past and have been very happy with them. This is one of the Indian made watchmaker tools. It's of mediocre quality, but if you need it for a single project, there is probably no need to buy an expensive Swiss made tool.I've found that it is difficult to grip the crystal on a perfectly level plane, so after the crystal is inserted and the jaws are released, many times they rub against the case or bezel of the watch, leaving a mark. I will hold onto this, but I am looking into a better quality one.

A very good tool works great

It worked as expected. It seems to be well made. And the base is a great help. I used it several times as I get into a new hobby. I replaced several crystals.

Did the job.

This tool appears to be fairly cheaply made, but I still feel that I got my monies worth. Seems to work fine on a couple of watch repair projects.
