I have used many different detox cleansers for constipation which caused abdominal cramping and diarrhea. This product worked very well without any side effects after just taking 1 dose! I have been using it for about a week now and am pleased with the results. I will purchase this product again.

They did not work for me but perhaps I did not try them often enough. I only tried them twice. Once using 2 units and once using 4 units

I got these along with "elim-tox" and "genitrac" as part of a 15 day detox provided on the manufacturer website. I did not find any benefit at all in taking this regimen for 15 days. Thankfully it was on sale when I bought it.Better off with the digest & detox tea daily and taking the triphala plus nightly. Don't waste your money.
