Seymour 16-1621 Spray-Glo Water Base Paints, Fluorescent Blue 12 Ounce (Pack of 1)

Look at my pictures. I use a lighter base down first then put this on top of it. It is a bit transparent but a few coats give an awesome glow! I put that chit on everything. It's a great rattle can for a true blue glow. 💙

The paint covered nicely and has stayed on my flower pots for quite some time now. They really didn't glow in the dark.

I use these types of paints on my RC model airplanes, the fluorescent red/orange makes it much easier to see the plane in flight, even if it is farther out. I also looks great sitting still :) The color pops much more than a standard red spray paint.

The item wasn’t even the same as in the listing. It says it’s red but it’s clearly orange.

Barely worked for a day. Had to paint over the residue since it wouldn't glow

Glo paint was okay for what I needed it for.

Half the price of most fluorescent spray paints, doesn't clog up, and glows brilliantly. We were going crazy looking for blue color to make ghost puppets for a Halloween show, seems all the hardware stores have stopped carrying that.

Since this color is blue, I didn't expect it to be too vibrant and it isn't. It looks like ordinary blue paint in sunlight, but it glows fairly well under a black light. But not a vibrant as orange or green fluorescent paint of course. I would purchase again since it met my Halloween needs.
