After I took the all box, now I can say that it does what it claim. I do highly recommend it.

I'm really satisfied with this product. Really does what it says. Even if you are not a gym buff, you'd feel the increased strength and muscle tone.

I need this to exercise and be able to rebound more quickly. There are so many good reasons to try this. The fact that it helps with blood flow, leg cramping and helps lower blood pressure. These are all great reasons and I am taking this daily with my diet and exercise regimen.
