Very disappointed. I have been certified and responsible for administering drug testing programs both DOT and non DOT. We tried this test with a subject who was concurrently subject to testing in a medical facility and admitted use of multiple controlled/illegal substances. We performed the test as instructed and were given a completely negative result.
