A friend recommended these to me. I use a Resmed CPAP machine with nasal pillows, and it leaves little lines on my cheeks where the straps were in place overnight. She said these covers would eliminate the lines, it would be more comfortable, and the fit would actually be improved. She was right on all 3 counts.I have only used these for a week, so I don't know how long they will last before the Velcro gives out. If it's too soon, I'll come back and change my rating, but from where I stand right now, these are wonderful, and my only regret is not buying them sooner.

I love this because I have a CPAP machine and no matter what I do there is always lines on my face. So annoying especially when everyone at work notices it. These covers are awesome. It’s like laying on a pillow. They are soft and fluffy. I don’t have the annoying straps to bother me at night now. Definitely worth the buy if you have a CPAP machine.

These are of good quality. However, I think they are quite overpriced for what they are. They consist of a 4x5 inch piece of fleece with a narrow strip of Velcro as a closure. The fleece is folded in half and then attached with the Velcro to make a tube that fits over the C-Pap straps. My C-Pap straps are 3/4 of an inch wide and these were too big and slipped off easily whenever I would remove my mask. So, I modified them by folding in the middle and sewing a 1/4 inch seam. Now they fit perfectly and do not slip off. They do work to prevent the dreaded C-Pap morning face creases. However, now that I know what they are, I will make my next set myself. Or, if the price were to come down by half, I would buy them again.

I love these! My CPAP mask always leaves marks going from my mouth corners almost back to my ears. I've been fighting this for 10 years now trying to use tissue, wash cloths, and various fabrics that only cause more problems. These little snuggle skins work great and stops the strap marks. They are made of soft fleece material and go on and off easy velcro strips. Don't worry, the velcro is covered and doesn't touch your skin at all. These are very comfortable.

Edit: I decided to add some pictures that illustrate what I said in the review about the velcro and lack of adjustability. (Please excuse the dog hair. I have a yellow lab.)--The concept is good, but there are some issues with the implementation.The covers allow for a pretty wide strap--much wider than the strap on my unit. While I would think most straps are about the same size, I guess this would be a good feature, if the covers could adjust so that they could fit tightly enough on thinner straps. And they could, if it were not for the fact that the manufacturer used incredibly thin strips of velcro. These strips are so thin, they provide no margin for overlapping so that one could adjust the covers more tightly or more loosely as needed. There is plenty of room to use wider strips of velcro. The manufacturer just chose not to do it. The other problem with the thin velcro is that since the covers are loose to begin with, the thin velcro does not provide enough grip, and the covers tend to come apart during the night, as I move around. So in the morning I often have to search for the covers that went missing during the night. These problems would be solved easily with wider strips of velcro.The other issue is that at $15 these covers are significantly overpriced. They'd be a good buy at $5 (with wider velcro strips) and an OK buy at $10 (with wider velcro strips) but at $15 I really feel like I overpaid by quite a bit. I'll keep the covers because even though they only stay on part of the night sometimes, they are better than nothing.It would not be difficult for someone to improve upon this product, and sell it for less.I hope you found this review helpful. While this is a great idea and made with quality materials, I just can't use them as intended. The wrap-around design results in three thicknesses....too thick if you are a side sleeper. It pushes into your cheek and is quite uncomfortable. I ended up opening them up and tucking them in flat under the cpap strap.This works okay, but is quite large used in this manner, and covers most my face. Can't win! 😉 I think it would work great if I slept on my back, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. But if you are a side sleeper like me, be aware that the wrap-around design makes it thick and uncomfortable.

I am new to using a bipap machine and have encountered a few difficulties. One of them being that the straps irritate my sensitive skin and don't just leave red marks, they leave red splotchy patches of skin irritation. These strap covers have provided an effective solution. They are easy to put on and are soft against my skin.

I give this product 4 stars even though I am returning it because it works as stated. I woke up with NO marks on my face. Unfortunately, with the DreamWear Nasal CPAP mask, these were too bulky and forced the mask out from the nose so there was a lot of leaking and they were very uncomfortable. Would probably work with another style mask - much too big for the DreamWear.

I was amazed actually that these strap covers work. They are so soft and comfortable and now I wake up with no lines on my face from my CPAP straps. So worth it!!!
