I think the vest works as intended. It fits well, makes me sweat, and does what it is designed to do. Unfortunately, I seem to be allergic to the material and broke out in a rash. I have allergic contact dermatitis to this product. I am blaming the product, but wanted to mention this as it might help others with a similar situation. If not for my allergy, I would say this is perfect for me.

This is perfect for helping you sweat, if your someone that doesn’t usually sweat like myself you’ll sweat wearing this. It’s a bit tight to get on at first but after the first time you use it, it’ll gets easier to put on. I have been using this for about 2 weeks and I am already seeing results. In regards to size I would get the size that you wear in t-shirts if you want it to feel fitted on you. If you want It just a little less fitted then go one size up from you shirt size.

I am 6'2" 215 and the L fits perfectly! It all depends on how your weight is distributed........are you getting this to burn a little focused fat, or are you trying to pack into a smaller shirt.............i.e. man girdle. Depending on your goals, will depend on the size you need. It fits extremely tightly, like it should, and I really appreciate the longer length to help target the lower abs. Fantastic product, extremely well made, and actual neoprene!! Thank you!!

It fits perfectly. I wear it in the morning when I get up because my back is stiff and I need support before taking my run. 20 minutes and I am right as rain. Then I wear it when I do deadlifts and squats for support. I also wear it during walks to get a good sweat going. Great product.

First time trying a Sweat Vest and this one is great. I’ve seen others you pull over your head which I think would be harder to get on and off. It does make you work up a good sweat like intended.

I love the sweat vest! I ordered a size down from my shirt size to ensure proper fitting. Im 196 pounds and im 6'2". I wear an XL shirt and i ordered a Large vest. I also use the sweet sweat gel and sweatzone gel with the vest to enhance the product. This company has great customer service and they are top notch. I received my product very quick!!

I took a little time before posting a review to make sure I put the sweat vest through its paces. It has worked out great. It fits snug as you would expect, but it is very comfortable. I have used it while working out and have not experienced any discomfort. The customer service is awesome and the cleaning tips given by Lucy were very much appreciated.

It’s light weight, makes me sweat, price is fine.My only issue is that even I bought size L and i have plenty space for my tummy, it’s small for my chest but it’s not really uncomfortable.
