I used the OliveNation Blueberry and Mango extracts for flavoring the topping of some conchas I baked, and they were both highly effective flavorings and worked very well. The blueberry tasted just like a blueberry muffin, and the mango was a hit! The flavor held up just fine throughout baking and the topping was wonderfully fruity. Picture is of Mango/Maple ones but imagine the same thing but blue.

This tastes great in my white tea iced teas I brew. Tried the blackberry and it was horrible. Just note that this is not sweetened, not a syrup. I don't like my tea sweetened so this was perfect. Making my own blueberry white teas is way cheaper than the tazo berry blossom tea I bags I used to order (which is discontinued).

Holy blueberry!I used this for a 5 gallon batch of my homebrewed blonde blueberry lager. Wasn't sure how much I'd need so I bought 2 bottles. I started with 1 bottle (added just before bottling) and it was already too much! I like blueberries, don't get me wrong. And the scent smells natural, not artificial, though it's hard to tell when it's that potent. But now my beer tastes like blueberry concentrate (unsweetened) with hops.So be warned - start with very little and work you're way up. I'd guess 1/4 or less of a bottle would be more than enough.

this extract has a great blueberry flavor that you can taste in the pastry you are making.

Straight from the bottle it smells and taste disgusting. I put a TEASPOON in my blueberry muffin recipe. They are EXCELLENT!! Just what it needed, because blueberries now days don't have a lot of flavor. Pretty sure that this is what's used in packaged blueberry muffin mixes and blueberry cereals.

Has a harsh aftertaste and overpower the blue berry flavor.

I purchased this for a Keto recipie and I had low expectations. I mean, how can an extract taste like the real thing. I have used this extract twice now and have not been dissapointed. I have bought other extracts from this company for other recipies and they have all been WONDERFUL! I am very happy with this company AND it's cheaper than other companies too! I've ead reviews saying that it has an "artificial" flavor but in my recipies I use a little bit of frozen blueberries and this extract is just to enhance the blueberry flavor. Plus I always use it in food that has to be baked/cooked. It gets rid of the alcohol taste. As with any good extract they are made with alcohol. Great product!

I would recommend this to anyone who loves to bake. The smell was so strong and it gave my vegan blueberry cake with chocolate drizzle such great taste. I used fresh blueberries and they were sweet so of course i would buy again in any flavour i can.
