Some complained that all parts were plastic. This is true, but it's sturdy, heavy duty plastic, nothing flimsy-feeling or lightweight. Full disclosure: I'm 6'1", ~200lbs, and I have severe lower back issues. Lower lumbar support is great. Chair height is actually appropriate when fully extended. This chair is WIDE. I could probably put on another 100lbs and still feel comfortable in it.

it took some work to put this thing together and i'm still not sure i did it right, and i wish it took a little less force to recline it so i could just pitch back with a gamepad to play super crate box or take a nap, but it's fantastic for anything using kb/m and i can sit in it for a very long time without my body hurtingin fact i should probably have gotten something less comfortable so i'd have to get up more frequently because prolonged sitting is real bad for you

False description and total junk. I'm only 5'8". The back is one inch BELOW my head.Phony photo-shopped man sitting & holding a laptop, his head supported in a high back chair.Phony 300-330 lb rating. There is no rating or certification of any kind on the chair. There is NOT even a materials tag or CA warning label.I weigh about 200lbs and its wobbly.Phony claims and photos are NOT an accident in my opinion.After 5 days the arm rest padding is flat. the seat padding is flatOh, RETURNS:Forget it.Once the cylinder is in the seat bottom, it does NOT come out, so you CAN'T return it after assembly without getting a huge shipping box. My quote for return was $63 plus about $20 for packaging which will NOT fit in a car.Settled for their $50 refund offer and ate the rest. They made the adjustment immediately, but regret accepting it. Too easy as it appears to be intentional deception / bait and switch tactics. Gee, angry all over again writing this, but wanted to spare others the grief.

Love this chair, extremely comfortable, looks like you should be on the deck of the Enterprise with capt Kirk.Fairly easy to assemble..easier if you have someone with you, but I did it on my own; terrific price for this chair..

The chair is very comfortable and seems to have good support. I didn't give 5 stars overall since we haven't had it that long and not sure of its durability.

The chair is great it was easy to put together and it is very comfortable also the sellers are very helpful and answered all of my messages and they were able to help me get my chair on time

Like the flip arms and style , but they are just not using enough cushion in todays office chairs .
