Orthotic Insoles High Arch Support Injection for Flat Feet, Full Foot or Half Foot Comfort Arch Support Insoles

I should begin saying shoes and inserts are a very personal fit. What works for one doesn't work for another.I used to run without inserts, but as I began to pronate, I used full length foam insert with a piece of semi rigid plastic. They were great for ten years. With a little more pronation, the edge of the plastic began to cause some arch blisters. Posting my stock inserts helped. I have a low but not flat arch.With the Powerstep, they are one piece of semirigid foam. No plastic under the arch. These support my foot well while running. Without a hard edge, no arch blisters. Their volume is low enough, they just barely fit in my running shoes. I think for a flat arch they will be too high. So, given a similar foot, they work great for me.

I thought these might be pricey, based on previous brands. I have gout and arthritis in my ankles and back and I work on a concrete floor all day. The other inserts I have tried just made the floor of my shoe softer, no support for my raised arches. I tried another orthotics and it helped some but just did not provided enough support. I found these to be well worth the price paid. I can tell a significant difference in my weight being more evenly distributed, lending me some additional stamina to last the day and ease the fatigue I have been experiencing. Word of caution, these are very well put together and may be more rigid than some people's preference, I however prefer a very firm support; and I'm a rather large framed man and these suit me well.

Bought these for my boyfriend to primarily put in his dress shoes for work. He's constantly running from different departments and on his feet. He was aching and we looked into getting soles that would fit dress shoes. He is a size 12, we ordered a size 12 sole, fits perfectly in the shoe. He's worn them for a little while now at work and comes home saying his feet feel much better at the end of the day. They don't ache in the arches and balls of the heels like they used to! Will highly recommend! I may get some of this brand for myself as I am a server and on my feet for 9-10 hours a day.

I have plantar fasciitis, which can really limit shoe choices. These are tremendously helpful. I have custom orthotics that I use in my workout shoes and hiking boots but they are too bulky and hard for other shoes. These are thin and fit in almost any shoe that has a closed toe and a back. They allow me to wear cute shoes again, ballet flats, mesh tennis shoes, etc. I also use them in my ski boots, as the hard orthotics are just too much for me for skiing. They give me almost as much support as my prescription orthotics. Not really enough for working out (for me) but exactly what I need for daily activities.

These insoles absolutely delivered! The reviews were spot on and I am so glad I purchased them. I run 4 or 5 times a week and my shins and feet were starting to hurt. After putting these in my running shoes, I noticed the difference on the first run. I haven't been in pain since wearing these. They fit my shoe just right (I wear a 7.5 in womens)...didn't have to cut or adjust them. They are super comfortable. I am going to purchase these for all of the shoes that I use on a regular basis. Great product!

Obviously what works for me may not work for you, but having said that, I got so much relief from my plantar fasciitis I purchased two additional pair of these insoles. While you can switch them from one pair of shoes to another, it's not convenient. These have proven more effective (and much cheaper) than a custom orthotic I bought years ago for my first bout of plantar fasciitis. Definitely worth a try.

Was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitus 4 years ago and these beauties have saved my life. The orthopedist says replace them every 3 months but I have gone much longer with no Ill effects.I use them in canvas sneakers like Chucks and Vans and can wear them walking all day with no problems.Also work boots.

I had superfeet orthotics before, I just got these today, but I could already tell they have much better support than the superfeet ones. I have very flat feet, and these provided instant relief. Hopefully they give this quality support for a long time.
