Right side of headphone stopped working. please guide

not a worthy buy
while the product in itself is quite interesting with a decent build and sound quality, the product just died after about 3 weeks of usage. it wont turn on and of course is not eligible for return.not sure if i should recommend this to anyone if this is the product quality.

Not worth it
I had bought this for the primary purpose of attending meetings. Writing this review after 2.5 months of usage. Sound quality is bearable, though could have been better. The headset is a little tight around my head - so prolonged usage causes pain and discomfort around the ears. Microphone quality is poor/ unpredictable- people on the other side of the call complain about low volume all the time, and suddenly it corrects itself, and goes bad again - even when I don’t change anything.Bluetooth 5.0 allows the headset to connect to 2 devices together, but it keeps getting disconnected even during the calls. Switching between the connected devices is also jittery.Finally, build quality is very poor. It slipped from my hand and fell ~2.5ft to the ground and broke.

Needs improvement
It sits well, the design is good, product is visually appealing. However the connectivity is poor compared to other bluetooth earphones and keeps unpairing .

Excellent product with moderate talk time
Its a excellant product. I have reduced one star for the reason that the talk time is 1.5 hrs which is less in todays days of online webinars. Otherwise its an excellant product on all parameters till now. I am using it for a week now

The device has started malfunctioning in 3 months. Gets disconnected on its own.

Sound quality is good
This bone conduction headphone. Is a very well finished product. Decent price. And The sound quality is pretty good. But after a few days of use the mic on the headphones have stopped working. But the company as soon as contacted were very helpful and helped us till our utmost satisfaction.
