My favorite!
This is my favorite lip balm and so glad I could get it for such a great price and in bulk! I use the medicated stick on my dry nose also! It's smooth and soft, and doesn't feel sticky at all. The medicated part gives you a little tingle too.

This is the best lip balm I have ever tried
This is the best lip balm I have ever tried. Sometimes with other brands, when my lips are already chapped, they don't seem to help as much. I like this, especially the cherry, because it smells good and it doesn't have the odd taste that I think Blistex and Chapstick have, and it doesn't feel as foreign on my lips either. I like that it is a whitish-clear color, rather than the odd off yellowish color of Blistex, and the fake candy like color of Chapstick. It doesn't color my lips, and it doesn't tend to clump up on my lips, even when I put on a good thick coat. Natural Ice gives your lips a slight cold feel as do some other brands of lip balm, but this one is fairly mild, and it isn't too overwhelming, and it doesn't make my lips burn when they are chapped like other menthol lip balms usually do. This lip balm I have found to be a good preventative/maintaining product to keep and prevent chapping if used often as well as working really well to help heal chapped lips.

Terrible now
Update: Order #2. This batch is more disappointing than my last order. Amazon deleted my previous review. This is a legitimate package of legitimate natural ice cherry. You will receive the correct amount of product from the legitimate manufacturer. This is not a counterfeit item, Amazatards. That being said, this stuff is terrible now. The recipe is different than what I have come to expect from Natural Ice over the previous few decades. The oily and extra perfumed nasty material you spread on your lips is 100% a change in recipe from the natural ice cherry you have purchased in the past. It's not counterfeit, it just sucks now. I regret my purchase; don't buy this. The ingredients on the tube are the same as before, because this is a legit product from a totally legit company. However, the label is different, the clarity on the label is different, the smell is different, the feel is different, and even the cap is flimsy compared to the previous tube. It's not counterfeit, but the quality is low compared to the past.

The only chapstick I will buy
It seems like I have tried every lip balm on the market (seriously) and Mentholatum's Natural Ice chapsticks are the only lip balms I buy, because they are the only ones that 1-actually work and 2-don't just leave my lips feeling like I covered them with a waxy coating, trapping in all the dehydration and discomfort. The medicated menthol soothes (gives that icy-cool feeling) and moisturizes without making them even drier in the future. One application immediately starts to heal the chapping. The SPF is a plus; if I apply liberally for outdoor activities (ie beach), I don't get sun-related cold sores and such. It's not glossy, so my husband uses it too and is hooked. The Cherry flavor is my favorite, but the Original Natural Ice does the trick just as well, so flavor is just a preference and not a quality changer. I have never tried the "Sport" version, however. This product apparently is not available in my local stores anymore, so the only way I can get it is by ordering it online. That's okay, I don't mind being stocked up on this stuff; I always have a tube on hand, which is key because I use this stuff CONSTANTLY. And the price is pretty competitive here anyway. I'm so in love with my chapstick now that I won't even experiment with another lip balm ever again, and it's nice knowing I don't have to waste money on a mystery product, hoping it's decent.
