SimpliFine Silicone Baking Mat Set, 3 Different Silicone Baking Mats for Half, Quarter and Small Oven Sheet Sizes.

I have been using this set for years and they are still going strong. They are very sturdy yet flexible and can be used for so many things. At times I have used them for a mat under a pet's water and food bowls, as a counter saver for putting to-be-chopped-veggies on, but mostly for the oven/toaster oven for baking. They completely do away with the need for oily pan spray or parchment paper. These are non-stick and anything baked on them comes right off with a scrubber or usually just a swipe of the dishcloth. This was a great purchase!

These were the 1st baking mats that I ever bought. I will never go back to foil, parchment paper or “oiling” a pan again. These make cooking so much easier. The only thing that I don’t love about the silicone sheets is that they feel a little gummy after you wash them. It doesn’t affect the performance at all. They just never feel all the way clean. It’s a small price to pay for have evenly cooked food that doesn’t stick to the pan. GREAT BUT!!Star Rating: When I do a review I always start out with 5 stars '''''. I tried these baking mats as soon as I received them and absolutely love them. I bought them to save on buying parchment paper. They did a perfect job of baking the cookies.The bottoms were lightly and evenly browned just as I like them to be. They are easy to clean with a quick wipe. They can also be rolled up for storage. After buying mine I bought 2 more sets for Christmas gifts for a couple of bakers I know. These are the first baking mats I have tried so I have nothing to compare them to but I can't imagine a better product than these.Update: I have used these mats for many months now and I added a picture below to show the difference between baking sugar cookies on a mat as opposed to baking on a cookie sheet. I placed one cookie half on /half off the silicone mat to show the difference it can make. I absolutely love these and can't believe I ever lived without them. My friends all say the same thing. I like my sugar cookies to be thick and soft and almost not even browned on the bottom but still done. These bake them perfectly. Best find for me for the year!

These baking mats are amazing. As a test, I baked a batch of cookies using one of these mats on one end of a cookie sheet with another brand silicone mat on the other end . . . same cookie dough, same oven, everything else was the same. The cookies on the SimpliFine end of the cookie sheet came out perfectly shaped, perfectly baked, and wonderfully moist and chewy. The cookies on the end with the other silicone mat ran all over the place, looked a mess, and were hard and crumbly. What a difference! These are going on my list of favorite things (a list I compile throughout the year and then gift 'my favorite things' to my daughters every year for Christmas). They are each going to get a set of these silicone mats. They're just the best.

Like others, I got a set of these to replace the use of parchment paper. These have been useful and handy when baking chicken breasts and cookies. But, if you roast veggies and prefer them to come out crisp then do not use these! I tried making two batches of my "not-so-famous" potato wedges using these silicone liners, and they came out unevenly cooked. Some of the potatoes were overdone and almost burnt, while others were undercooked. They usually come out evenly crisp when I used parchment paper. So I won't use the silicone for that again.Also, clean up is not as easy as I hoped. The instructions do come with a note not to wash in the dishwasher for best results. Seeing other reviews here, I tossed these in the dishwasher anyway. Sure enough, they did not come out 100% clean and forced me to hand wash them after. I'm not sure if all silicone mats are like that. I'm not certain I'd buy another set of these because of the clean-up; admittedly I like the convenience of throwing parchment paper away after use.

I really like this product. These baking mats work very well. I can finally stop lining my baking sheets with foil. I bought one of those three pack baking sheets from Walmart a long while back and these mats fit perfectly into each size. They are very smooth and the have just the right amount of thickness. They work great. I made pigs in a blanket the other night. Usually with the foil lined pans the bottoms get overly cooked, but with these mats everything came out evenly browned. The food lifted right off the mat, even the cheese that leaked out of the side wasn't burned and came up easily. I wish I had taken a photo, but I hadn't planned on writing a review. This is a real money saver and I can't wait to bake on them again.

I haven't tried them for a more sticky situation but I've used them and my first thought was: Why did it take me this long to find out about these and use them??? We changed all our bakeware to a more healthy option and to go along with them I got these mats. They seem to be really awesome! I made granola that used to stick to my old non-stick sheets; this time my granola came out so easy! And not only that... it seems like it's toastier, like it baked better.So far, I'm excited about them and can't wait to use them in a more trying way... I think the rest of the reviews are right: I am going to have an easy cleaning and results afterward! :D
