Altruism Mountain Bike 21 Speed Mens Mountain Bicycle Aluminum Frame

The bike arrived as scheduled. After completing the final assembly, I found that the rear brakes did not work at all and that both dérailleurs did not work. I spent a lot of time trying to get the dérailleurs to work, following the terrible instructions and even youtube videos, but no luck. I took it to a bike shop and they could not get the rear dérailleur to shift through all gears and thought the dérailleur might be the wrong size.I contacted the seller, who then asked for pictures which I sent to them. They wrote back saying to look for adjusting instructions online. That's it!I could not believe their terrible customer service. So now I have a new bike that doesn't work properly and am stuck with it. Wish I had never bought this bike!

The tires wore down to the tube after about 200 miles, the tires on my other bike last thousands of miles and they were not special tires. The tires say super long life or something, psh. The pedals, seat, tires sprockets all broke so far. (update: the frame broke too and I can't find a way to redeem the warranty) The fork wobbles back and fourth and resonates on a tight turn. It is the cheap kind. Chain falls off when pedaling hard, like always.

Good bike. I ride it every day. I could do without all the dumb crap written all over it (by people who clearly don't speak English). Have fun with the shipping and assembly (doesn't come with instructions). I thought I was going to murder my cat just out of frustration.

Poor quality. I wait for one month for this ..

I bought this bike two months back and it's product quality is so bad. The gear assembly is not working and they are not shimano gear assembly. Tried approaching Amazon Customer Care and as usual they said the return window is closed. One month return window is so short and that too to a prime customer. I am not sure what to do.
