I used to keep dog treats in one of the side pockets. I took this with me when we went out of town to visit friends and family, and someone's dog apparently really craved dog treat flavored rubber and destroyed my first one. I immediately bought a replacement. Can't live without this thing. So convenient in the gym, while running errands, and while walking the dogs... but I'll never use it as a treat pouch ever again. Lesson learned.

This is a great running belt that seems very durable and large enough for about a cell phone and keys. It lays flat against your body so it isn't bulky. It's perfect for when I'm out jogging and I want to be hands-free.
