This toner is my 2nd product from the Mu Tenuto brand. I also have a gel moisturizer which I quite like. This is a very thick toner. You need to shake the bottle into your hand (or on a cotton pad) and drops come out. It feels very good on my face but it does feel sticky for a few minutes until it absorbs. I do wish the directions were printed on the bottle (not just the box). The scent is very nice - it smells CLEAN, if that makes any sense. The bottle is dated 9/13/2021, which seems fine to me. Music angle - I believe “tenuto” means “to hold” - an italian musical notation. There is a QR code you can scan, which takes you to a youTube channel with classical music. The musical notation on the bottle is a nice touch.

This MU TENUTO Berceuse Moisturizing Toner has a very thick consistency. I’ve only ever used very watery toners in the past. This one you have to kind of shake out onto a cotton pad. It does feel very moisturizing on the skin and absorbs quickly. There isn’t any sticky residue or film left behind. I didn’t experience any irritation from this toner. I have acne-prone oily sensitive skin for reference. I am very much enjoying the hydrating benefits given that it is the middle of winter where I live. I thought the packaging was very whimsical and charming. I love when a brand puts a lot of thought into the presentation in addition to the formula of their product. The musical notes and piano keys are beautiful. The bottle is generously sized and given the consistency of this toner, will last quite awhile because there won’t be any accidental excess getting wasted. Overall, I’m very pleased with this toner and will continue to use it.

This toner is a bit gel like. It is for sure thicker than water. It has a very light herbal smell to it. I have very sensitive skin, and it did not sting or irritate my skin going on. Feels very hydrating without being sticky or oily. lays well with face cream and other facial care products. Overall, it is a very high quality toner and i would consider repurchasing it in the future.

I found that this made a difference in the amount that came out of the bottle. Instead of pouring out like other toners do, with the increased viscosity of this toner I was able to control how much came out of the bottle.Toner is something I only use on days when I need to get additional residue off my face. I mainly use toners on days where I have used make up and want to make sure every trace of toner is off my face, or other days where I've been swimming and I want to make sure I get all the chlorine off my face. I use the toner as a follow up after I remove makeup and wash my face. I have found this toner to work well to pick up any last traces of makeup residue. It has picked up just the tiniest bit of makeup that was left over from cleansing my face. It works well for this purpose and most importantly doesn't dry out my sensitive skin.Overall I think this is a really good toner because it is thicker and I don't waste as much when pouring it out of the bottle and the fact that it helps remove additional impurities from my skin without drying it.

this is a good toner but they sent an expired product 😑 if it wasn’t a toner i’d be more annoyed about it but i think toners have a longer shelf life than people think and it was ok. this is good for people who aren’t a fan of mists or need a little extra moisture boost between misting and moisturizer. i received other products by this brand and i like them a lot and those weren’t soon to be expired. i’m guessing they needed to offload some inventory. anyway the products themselves are all pretty good in my opinion. check the dates on them when you get them, though. will probably get again :)

I like this product a lot. Very smooth, and very hydrating. My skin drinks it up. It moisturizes very well without feeling heavy or greasy. I also think my skin looks more refreshed and definitely feels smoother after a few days. Also, I pretty trust Korean make ups. So, worth a try. Recommend

This is a very pleasant toner which I find moisturizing and calming. It’s slightly viscous and goes on very smoothly. The drip cap on the bottle would not let anything come out so I removed it. It’s a very hydrating toner for day or night use.There is music associated with scanning the code on the packaging. I don’t have my phone around when I am doing face care so it’s not a big selling point for me.

I like following my facial cleansing routine with a toner to remove any dirt and makeup left on my skin. Now that my skin is maturing and more dry, I don’t want to use harsh astringents that strip my skin of its natural oils and cause it to dry out and age more rapidly. This toner is gentle and does not dry out my skin. It has a viscous consistency that is thicker than regular toners. It is similar to a softening lotion. This effectively removes traces of dirt left behind from cleansing my face. It also adds moisture and makes my face look and feel dewy, soft, and smooth.
