One bite and no more caterpillar!
I have used BT for caterpillars for the past few years, This is a replacement for a bottle I bought a couple of years ago that just too old to work anymore. So this year at the first sign of tomato hornworms I ordered a new bottle. This is easy to use mix it with cool NOT HOT water, I use a hand held pump sprayer and mist it on tomatoes plants and any other plants that caterpillars love to eat to the ground. I misted the tomatoes and the corn. This stops the feeding after just one bite, so no eating till the plant is gone and then killing the caterpillars. I found seven hornworms on the tomato plants removed them the chickens think they taste wonderful so they did not go to waste but they did major damage in just one night to 3 plants. I misted the plants after removing the ones I could see and the next morning found a few dead and mostly dying but not a one was eating just hornworms looking sick or on the ground under the plants dying. This will lose potency in sunlight so I respray about every three days. Or after a hard rain or if I have to run the overhead sprinklers. This is a must have for anyone that grows tomatoes and is a natural way to kill the caterpillars that will kill your plants in just a few hours. This arrived on time and I was waiting for the mail, since heat will kill the BT if it gets too hot I did not want it to set for hours in a hot mailbox, it smelled like the last few bottles I have bought and worked as it should one bite feeding stops and the caterpillars die. Keep it in a cool place to keep the BT alive. This works well and I am happy with the results no damage and dead caterpillars with no harm to the good bugs in my garden.PROSNatural Caterpillar KillerMix with cool waterEasy to applyKills with one biteNone harmful to beneficial insects.CONSNone at this time this arrived fresh and is killing the caterpillars.I bought this at full price with no discount, and did not have to review, but I like to review and I also count on reviews to help me make my purchase choice, so full price or discount I will always leave an honest review. Discounts are way too easy to find online so never any extra stars for a discount. Update 4/16/2021 I buy a fresh bottle every year. Got this early glad I did, just bought a new apple tree and had it on the porch looked and saw some holes in the leaves. And yup found a small catipllier on a leaf, went in got out my sprayer mixed some from my fresh bottle sprayed the tree and saw a dozen more start to move, next day no more damage to the tree and a dead small catipillers on the leaves. I have tried other brands but have found this one works the best. I have also poured any left over into some standing water full of mosquito larva came back a few hoyrs later and they had died.

It works like magic
I like that I can mix this with water in my spray container. I’ve only ever had to use this product once to eliminate the cabbage loopers attacking some of my veggies . I think it is worth the cost.

Bye Bye Fungus Gnats!
Works like a charm to get rid of your indoor potted plant gnat problem. It does take at least two applications a few weeks apart to stop the critters from making your life hellish. I like to reapply every quarter to prevent them from coming back (a little goes a long way) so it's worth it. Unless you like Fungus Gnats bothering you. Just go ahead and buy it.

This stuff works!
I tried neem oil (both as a foliar spray and as a soil drench), I tried Mosquito Bits (amended into the soil, sprinkled on top of the soil, soaked in water and used as a soil drench). I tried both of those things for 2 months, and while they did work in the beginning they never quite followed through with completely eradicating fungus gnats coming out of the soil. The issue is neither of those kills adult gnats flying around in your house. This is how I got rid of fungus gnats;used Bonide Systemic granules on top of the soil for all houseplants and then watered all plants. When the very top of the soil was dry I covered the soil in each pot with Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth. (I also sprinkled the DE inside the trays that the plant pots sat in, and inside all cache pots.)This did two things - killed gnat larvae inside the soil, ripped to shreds and dehydrated adult fungus gnats going into the soil or crawling around in the trays or cache pots, and killing anything taking a bite out of my plants. Using both completely eradicated fungus gnats by stopping their life cycle. They should be sold as a set.Lessons learned1: 30 day quarantine with added Bonide Systemic for all new plants coming into the house.2: always check new plants at the store before buying... tip them out of their pots and look for bugs while checking root health3: tap on pots at the store. If fungus gnats are present that will disturb them and they'll fly about.

The Bonide Blues : A Caterpillar's Victory
Two years ago, I began getting tomato caterpillars and started spraying the plants with Bonide Thuricide BT. I started when the plants were young and have sprayed through the entire season for two summers. I reapply the spray after each rain. I still get caterpillars. Every day, I have to thoroughly inspect my 20 plants and pull off the caterpillars when I see them. They are camouflaged so well that it is not an easy task.Despite my efforts, I'm uncertain about the effectiveness of the spray. It's possible that without the spray, I would have had even more caterpillars, but it's clear that the spray hasn't eradicated them.Ali Julia reviewReview of Bonide Thuricide BT Concentrate

A must have for gardens.
I use BT in my garden every year because I know there’s going to be squash bugs and other caterpillar type critters trying to devastate my garden. This always takes care of the problem, especially if I use it prophylactically. Best brand on the market.
