Work for my idea
We use this in a tamale steamer to separate different layer to avoid tamales being squished and it work perfectly, added handles with cooking twine

It is a pan with holes what can I say? It works in my halogen oven to get foods crispy which is what I got it for.

Non stick needs some work
Cheese pizza with pre made ball of dough from whole food. Did not season or oil pan. Pizza came out great but was firmly stuck to the pan. Had to soak off bottom of crust to clean.

Pizza pan for toaster oven
I have a brand new toaster oven and needed a small pizza pan. This is a perfect size and works great. My small, frozen pizzas fit perfectly and bake in 11 minutes with a crispy bottom. Highly recommend this pan.
