Amazing strength
This was much too long and quite large, but I wanted to be able to wear it over a sweatshirt and heavy pants, for late-season painting. I abused the heck out of these -- wiped brushes on them, stuck spare masking tape to them, etc. Finally, I ripped off a lot of tape, which tore off the outer layer of material, but they still kept going, with just the inner layer. They lastedfar longer than any disposable coveralls I've tried. They're great.

Good for many uses in attic work
Durable and excellent quality. Have used multiple times in attic to do insulation and other projects and it has lasted through a lot of rough work.

This was a good quality suit and it protected well.
The fit was generous but snug where it needed to be. I recommend it and the price was right!

It worked good enough for the job I needed to do
I purchased this item to apply lanolin undercoating to my vehicle. It did keep the lanolin from penetrating through to my clothing, but after using it the second day I noticed that it was almost through the fabric. I suggest that this item only be used once because the material appears to degrade when there is something on it, like spray. It also ripped in one spot and did not recall it being caught on anything. I taped it over with duct tape to get the job done. The XL size was a bit too large for me. The large size would have been better.

Perfect for kids halloween costume!
The DuPont Tyvek 800J chemical protective suit was the perfect Halloween costume for my 11 year old. When he wanted a 'radiation suit with blood splatters' costume we researched the kids' costumes, only to find they were ~$30 sans gas mask. Bought this and a gas mask for a fraction of the Ruby's costume cost. All my son had to do was add red paint, make some rips and other 'decorations' and he was ecstatic. The white color also allowed his 'modifications' to show up well and provided additional visibility while trick or treating.

If you spray Roundup, you need to wear this w/ booties - chem mask - chem gloves
With the recent publicity regrading the dangers of spraying Roundup in your yard, the main danger is the spraying itself — on the spraying person. After Roundup gets absorbed via the leaves of weeds and dries, it’s relatively harmless. These suits, along with chemical gloves, chemical mask, and chemical booties (not expensive on Amazon), protects you completely. I’m very careful spraying, keeping the nozzle very lower to the ground, and am VERY observant about wind direction. If you add blue dye to the mix, it’s very easy to see which way the mist is going. Most of the residue will be on your booties (which I toss after each use), and the lower legs of this suit. I rinse the suit in a bucket several times wearing gloves, before drying it for next time. I did not see a tears in the suit until the 27th use (I put a pencil mark in the garage each time). This is a great way to protect yourself!
