Works great
I use these at my office because our lights are so harsh. They were so easy to put up because of the magnets. Still let’s through plenty of light to see but much softer.

These saved my retinas
The hospital where I work is in the process of switching from warm white fluorescents to cool white, and lucky me, my office was one of the first to get them. The new ones are so bright white that people joke about my office being the OR. The light is truly awful, and I'm not even terribly sensitive to these kinds of things. These light filters aren't quite the perfect solution, but they're 90% there. They definitely tone down the bright white to a sane level but there could be a few more magnets. It's difficult to get them taut and one of my lights is near a vent, so the air blows it and it flaps a bit. That said, it only annoys me when it's absolutely silent, which isn't often. The other one is fine since it's not by a vent. They're definitely staying up so I don't feel like I'm literally working under a spotlight. These may darken things too much if you don't have insanely bright lights or a window to add some natural light.

Great for headache relief!
The lights in the medical office are so bright and have caused intense migraines on a daily basis. I used to have to wear blue lens glasses to help try to prevent the migraine attacks until I purchased these. I have the mocha and blue covers in two different rooms, and they help tremendously. They reduce the brightness of the lights, but still allow enough light to come through to brighten the room. I no longer need to wear the glasses and my migraines have reduced significantly.

Gives a warm glow.
Apparently not all fluorescent light panels measure the same. 2x4 is way too big for my office lights, so these won't attach the way they are intended to, on the outside with the magnets. Had to place it up inside the light panel, and I make sure the light is only on if I am there due to the closeness to the bulbs. (My light panel is not solid-it's the kind that looks like an old metal ice tray insert!)Product does help with glare-I have dry eye syndrome and an autoimmune condition that makes me sensitive to light. Why do people put lights over desks??Boss said they would prefer to not have the golden glow, but by the time I found someone to get up there and install them, it was too late to exchange for the gray. I chose this color due to the warmer shade anyways; thought gray might be too bright. Probably would work though.

Perfect Solution
Perfect solution to glaringly bright overhead office lights. Easy to install, fit perfectly, magnets work well. My cubicle space is so much more comfortable and cozy now.Note, the fabric color looks darker in the package. Once you have it up, the light makes the fabric color lighter so it blends in better with an off white ceiling.

Pretty good
A good value and have definitely helped my eye strain at work. These are very orange tinted. I don’t have a window in my office and people that come in think the lighting is strange, as do I. I wish it was a more neutral color but as I mentioned I do think it’s helped my eyes so I won’t be taking them down any time soon.

Migraineur review
I’m using this in my office to make the lights less harsh and a bit warmer, which is working well. I wish it had a few more magnets so it looks clean and does not sag and I recommend steaming the stiff material.I have attached one to the light in my office and gave the other to a coworker her light did not have a cover, Mire if an open design and thin metal surface so it was a bit more challenging to attach, but is staying put.Overall I recommend this color option if you suffer from migraines. It came with a flame retardant certificate

Office lights were way to bight
My office lights were way too bright and causing me to get headaches daily. I found these and got a few and covered the lights and they worked great still plenty of light comes though. It works great at filtering the bright lights.
