I really enjoyed this read
The author explained it very nicely. This is really an informative book. I am glad I purchased it. The recipes are easy to understand. The Mediterranean diet is not just a weight loss regime; it is a complete lifestyle, based on virtuous eating habits, physical activity and top-quality foods, that can improve your overall health. I hope you must enjoy this book very much.

Informative!
This recipe book is simple and fantastic. With step by step instructions that are easy to follow. If you have been scared to use your Instant Pot or reluctant to buy a cookbook because of complicated recipes this is the one for you.

Excellent one
A lot of good information about the Mediterranean Wight Loss Diet before it even gets to the recipes. I had thought it would just be full of recipes but a lot of good information. Diet, exercise, plans. Very simple to put into use.

There are helpful hints, clarifications for why they picked a specific thing (for example dried beans versus canned, brand proposals), and superb diagrams that think about various sorts of vegetables or fish or beans.

Easy recipes and meal plans
The cookbook stands well on its own as a smaller gift for other occasions. Recipes are divided up by dish types, for example, there is a section for breakfast dishes. Perfect!

No pictures at all. Haven’t tried one recipe yet. Disappointed, as I like pictures so I can see what the dish looks like before I make it.
