Pricey, but Extremely Fresh!
I cannot eat kare-kare without a lot of bagoong. Last weekend my local Asian market was, for some reason, completely out of all brands and types of bagoong. It was more expensive to buy from these guys, but I was very pleasantly surprised to find how fresh it was. And so tasty! In the future I’m only getting my bagoong from these guys.

I buy this product all the time. When you buy Bagoong it can be off tasting, depending on the manufacturer. THIS ONE IS ALWAYS GREAT TASTING, RIGHT ON THE MONEY!

It tastes like bagoong
I used it for green mangoes nom nom nom. You can also use it for Kare-Kareng Baka or Ox tail if that's what you like. Will try to make Korean kimchi with this next time.
