I’m certain these would be sturdy enough for a professional cake baker. Seems like overkill for me in my awesome RV kitchen where I’m turning out tall 6” cakes.

I have to say I have only used one of these so far, the one with the squares. I wanted to make a cake with stripes, the scraper worked really well. It was my first time not using a flat scraper (previously I had been using a Wilton metal scraper). I found it just as easy to use as the Wilton. My stripes vision didnt turn out, but that was due to my lack of icing skills, not the scrapers fault. I look forward to using the rest and becoming better with the designs.

I can't wait to use them. I do wish their were the metal finish available. I do like the size.

These were great but a little narrower than I had expected so it makes it a little tough to hold when my arthritis is acting up. But I still like them a lot. Would buy again
