Although some have said the rack is not as beefy as others they have bought, I can agree. The thing is, it is smaller diameter tubing than at least 4 other racks I have bought in the past. not an issue for us. The rack was perfect for us though, as it was put into a linen closet. What we had to begin with was 4 fixed shelves the width of the closet, at about 14" depth. Now we have 6 shelves, with an 18" depth, that are also adjustable rather than the fixed shelving we had before. We also had more room at the top as the rack is 78" tall without the wheels. The installed rack is stable with the linens on the rack, and gives a better appearance to me than the fixed wood shelving. Another positive for us is that our closet was 47 inches wide so a 48" wide rack wouldn't fit. This rack fit perfectly into the closet, and we now have better spacing instead of a bunch of linens piled on top of each other. Another bonus is that the rack shelves are open so the linens get some air due to the open grate of the shelves. Overall, so far, this rack was perfect for us to get our linen closet organized.

*** update- after emailing back and forth with customer service they did go above and beyond to back up their product. The second shipment arrived with all the right pieces and none of the plastic parts broken this time. Thank you!If all the parts were included and not broken assembly would have been pretty simple. The black feet at the bottom of the legs were broken and I am missing the screw pieces to connect the bottom rods to the top rods so right now I have a 3 foot tall shelf. I did contact customer service they were quick to answer but do not have the screw pieces in stick for another month. They offered to reimburse me if I buy the missing pieces local which I can’t find. Then they offered to have me return the shelf and them replace it. Since I don’t have the original packing and the weight of the shelves I can’t do this. So I guess I have a 3 foot tall shelf with broken feet.

Very easy to assemble and strong and you can choose to put the wheels on the bottom or not. Very easy to decide where you want your shelves. It did not come with all of the adjustable leg clips but the seller made it right by offering a partial refund or I could wait on more clips to be shipped! Very sturdy and it's beautiful when my grow lights are on . I took this picture at night when the lights were not on.

So much storage space!I like that you can adjust the shelving heights for different sizes. I have packed my shelves with some very heavy items and so far I have not seen any bowing of the shelves.Very sturdy and should last a long time.Hope you found this helpful.

This is a very tall unit. It has a lot of storage space which is what I needed for my small kitchen. I like that it has wheels so it's easy to move so I can clean the floor underneath. I even put my microwave on it so it's at a decent level and I don't have to bend over to stir things.The only problem I had was the box was very damaged and onshelf was slightly bent. But the price was so good that I just put that shelf on top and it isn't noticeable at all.

Well designed, built and super easy to assemble. The 6 tiers saved me a lot of space. Also came in with 4 wheels, which I would not use on a high shelf like this. Looks sturdy and holds a lot of heavy stuff such as tools, car parts. Didn't test the full capacity but a few hundreds of pounds seems to be fine.

I'm generally happy with my purchase. It provides the functionality that I was looking for. The package arrived with some damage. The customer service was prompt - while they were not able to replace the damaged parts, they gave me a credit to keep the product as is. I was a little confused with the assembly but got the hang of it after a bit...

These shelves have been a life saver during our move and now as we are established in our house. It holds soooo much essential stuff at your fingertips; is very sturdy; and rolls when you need to clean under and behind it. A best buy for us!
