I bought it so my mother, who walks with a cane, could carry her laundry around more easily. It worked well in that regard: it was light, and being a flexible material, it was easy to hold onto with one hand.Eventually the handles broke from the strain of being lifted/dragged/tugged, however: it took 8 YEARS for this to happen.I feel we got our moneys worth, and its time to buy another

Good amount of floppy. Solid structure with handles that come together to get through door ways earlier. The handle also frees a hand to open those doors. Does not withstand puppy chewing. One load in a 4.8G washer.

It is sturdy and large enough to hold a week's worth of dirty clothes it is a good product

It's a good quality plastic and should last through his college adventure. Love how the tall, narrow design lets it fit into weird little corners, or even those tiny wardrobes that they give dorm rooms. Definitely better than those small square ones - that size eats up too much space, believe it or not. Space matters when cramming three to a room. Also, fits in the car great, can ride on top of all the luggage, or squish a little. It's flexible, that way. Was clued into this by NYTimes Wirecutter recommendation - Thank you!

I ordered this laundry basket and accidentally received the wrong one. The seller went out of their way to rectify the problem.Its a great basket, Ive had them in the past, thats why I ordered another. Flexible and light weight.
