Conner Hats Crushable Waterproof Australian Canvas Outback Hat

My husband is a red head so he must keep his head covered when out in the sun. This is quickly becoming his favorite hat as he says it's very light and well ventilated so it keeps his head cool. I'll probably be ordering another soon so he will have a back-up.

This is an extremely fine design for hot/dry climates. The brim provides a good amount of "personal shade" and the vented area on top helps cool in dry areas. Having lived in the land of humidity, I doubt the top venting will help much in humid areas without a breeze. Even so, it beats direct-sun-induced heat stroke.Very happy with the purchase!

This hat is very well made. Great craftsmanship. Super light and fits true to size. I ordered medium, that's what I wear, and the fit was perfect. One thing though, regarding the brim. It has a filament wire in it, which I thought was supposed to help shape the brim. But the brim came in quite twisted and I was unable to shape it the way I wanted. So I returned it. Maybe it was just this one. I may order another one .

Gift for my husband before DisneyWorld vacation. The "crushable" part of description is deceiving. Yes, you can crush and pack it in suitcase, but it never regained original sleek look. It is still worn almost every day when my husband takes a 3 mile walk. Fit is comfortable. Even having been packed he gets favorable comments about it often.

Excellent fit, real comfy with the sweat band. Ordering a larger one due to my boss wants one as well. Seems quite well made but not as sturdy as my fathers from when he visited Australia last year. It was purchased there and is of even higher quality. Still this one is excellent.

I have had one since 2003 and and I used it hard and it was soaked in sweat often, I wore it till the brim fell off. I won't ware any other type and am Very Happy with this hat.

I was a little hesitant to order this because of the sizing of small, medium, large. But in the end I did and I am happy to have done so. It fitted me just fine and it is very comfortable to wear.

Amazing, i really love this hat. I live in Guatemala and i need a cool hat, this is comfortable and really looks great. I get a lot of compliments for this hat.
