Tillandsia usneoides, Air Plants

I've wanted this airplant for a while but local nurseries either don't stock or are very expensive. This arrived very quickly and in a good condition even before its adviced 4 hour soak. Good to have growing guide included.

Dreadful item, arrived looking dead with a misleading care card which said it often arrives looking this way but would revive. It didn't revive, I persevered and completely brown (dead) with just a few tiny green bits. I have over 40 house plants, I followed complete instructions and I have multiple other of these plants so I know exactly what I am doing.The seller was awful when contacted, I explained it arrived looking dead but that given their care card says transit often does that to them but they come around I had followed that - but it hasn't come around. I asked for a replacement, not even a refund. They said no. They asked for a photo, and I sent and they responded saying it was alive. I responded and said no, mostly dead - and then they replied and said I hadn't watered it and had killed it. How do they know that? It's a £5.99 plant, do the right thing for customers and your reputation and provide decent customer service.I would add, it's extremely hard to capture on camera and I had just soaked it prior to these images but bar the little green bits it's dead.It's also not one plant. It's shred of different plants tied together by an elastic band.... awful quality. Don't buy, worth paying a little more for something decent.

Ok but bit small

This arrived quickly but is not as bushy as the photo. Hoping it will bush out over time.

Followed the instructions and soaked it when I got it and it sprung to life. Really pops in our bathroom and is thriving!

I love this plant and have now bought another one from another shop as I purchased this in march and it was so small and a bit dead looking. I thought it would grow but it didn’t and it kinda just looks like a dead spider.I like the plant but wouldn’t buy this one again from here as it wasn’t good value for money and the picture is much bushier and bigger than you get.
