Vivation 2-CD set: Supercharge and Renew Mind, Body and Spirit Audio CD – June 1, 2004

I felt like I received instant results with these CDs - - i.e., numerous ecstatic states during and after the 1st playing of the Session CD (CD#2). Some contributors that may have prepared me for the dramatic results were my previous readings of Jim Leonard's"THE SKILLOF HAPPINESS: Creating Daily Ecstasy with Vivation" and my thirty-odd years of eclectic meditation. However, that being said, I never obtained such quick results (in terms of ecstatic and altered states) from the more traditional meditations (Kriya Yoga, Siddha Yoga, Buddhist) as I did from the Vivation material and with much less complexity. A particularly strong feature of the Session CD that I found helpful was Paula's frequent reminders to breath into the strongest feelings. This kept me in the present and chasing all over my body for the currently strongest feeling. Of course, it remains to be seen how Vivation will work out in further meditations and daily life, but right now it sure looks very promising!

As a self-esteem expert, I am always looking for ways that help people to heal. I discovered Vivation while researching modalities and became intrigued and fascinated with it. My husband discovered recently that he suffers from PTSD and for years he has been searching for a way to overcome his anger. I ordered the 2-CD set from Patricia Bacall and began learning to do it myself. It was amazing for me. Each day I became more and more serene, and began to deal with a major challenge in a new way. I talked my husband Terry into joining me one morning and it was as if his life had been waiting for this. He took to it like a duck to water (after the first day). The first day, he said that he thinks he went to sleep and it didn't work for him. The second day was a different story. At the end of it, he began laughing and did not want to stop. He had me worried a bit but he eventually stopped and began talking to me about his experience. He has had another laughing spree since then and continues to look forward to our morning meditations together. He still finds himself upset about stuff, but he recognizes it immediately and deals with it. I call this a miracle. I am so grateful to Patricia for sharing this technique with the world. And the world needs to discover it.

I've been teaching Vivation for almost 15 years, and I've received coaching from numerous Vivation Professionals over the years. Yet Patricia stands out above them all. She is both a very gentle and very effective facilitator of this process, who understands the deep fundamentals of what makes clients have efficient and pleasurable sessions. When I am not available to teach, I always refer people to Patricia to ensure they are in good hands and get the best Vivation training possible. Although Vivation is best learned in person by a trained teacher who can help each person get past their unique blocks to efficient and powerful integration, every little bit helps, including this CD. For those who already know Vivation, this CD-set is a great companion to keep one's practice at the highest level possible. Highly recommended!

I have had many Vivation sessions in person, and just had my first Skyped session with Patricia. Never having had a session in this fashion I wondered how impactful it could be.I was not disappointed. Just the opposite! It was wonderful, and Patricia was right there with me the whole way.
