Products, herbal SILICA with bioflavonoids , Tablets, 120 Count

I used Alta Health SIL-X-Silica Tablets years ago and thought it helped my nails and hair. I could only find it in a health store and got lazy and quit using it. I am glad to find it on Amazon and am using it again. While one cannot see a difference immediately, it has been over 2 months now and my nails seem stronger. I think, and it may just be wishful thinking, but it seems my pink scalp is not showing so much. Which means, my hair is coming in a bit thicker. COVID has been so stressful and my hair has been falling out, but now seems better. It is worth a try.

Last 3 times I’ve received this product I’ve been shorted tablets. Product is good. Just need the correct amount of tablets please.

I have been using this tablets for a couple of years now. They have made the difference between keeping my hair (very thin and scarce), and losing it (where I was definitely heading). I have used many over the counter "similar" items; however, they have done nothing for me. This product does work; it will help you keep your hair (my experience), and even regrow it.

I have osteoporosis and have used Alta Silica along with Vit. D3 and K2 for years to strengthen my bones at the recommendation of my homeopathic doctor.
