Quality of the product is top notch! The Durability of the bands feel like they will last forever and you don’t have to worry about them popping or snapping on you. The clamps were secured with a rubber piece so you don’t need to worry about your skin being pinched during exercises. Both of the thigh and ankle straps with the Velcro are comfortable and feel very secure once put on. This product came with an extra set of thigh straps for partner exercises which was perfect for me especially working as a trainer and not needing clients to share sweaty straps. Price point was perfect! I even got a little crafty and used the ankle straps around the bicep along with a band to promote proper sprinting arm angles. You can get really creative with the bands and do a lot with them. If you want to feel a challenging burn on your lower body do yourself a favor and use the blue bands!!! Great product over all and will highly recommend 10/10. Check out their release harness if you get a chance!

Love this set of resistance bands. We are a family of competitive inline speed skaters and have found these beneficial in creating strength, power, and speed. We can use them while on skates, during off skate exercises, and while running stairs to name a few uses. I love that the set includes four different resistances as well as ankle and thigh bands, it really allows you to create endless levels of resistance (just ankles, just thighs, both, more than just one set of resistance bands etc). It is very durable. We haven't had issues with the straps staying in place as long as you get them tight enough. The bands are long and the velcro is strong, it works for all ages. I appreciate the training videos included.

I enjoy this product, but my only gripe would be that the resistance bands are a tad too long. For someone as short as myself, the bands don’t offer me tons of resistance (in reference to the ankle straps) as I imagine they would for some taller than me. I have to take very large stances for the resistance to be effective on my ankles. I would also complain about the ankle straps only having one latch, so the band will slide around to the inside of your ankle. For the thigh straps, I love how you can add more than one band and how you can place it to the outside to offer even more resistance in the band. The bands are very easy to use and very effective in providing the burn!!

Fantastic. I had been using the rubber band style of resistance bands around my ankles for a few weeks, but obviously you can't kick very high or it slips up your leg. With this product you can kick however you choose due to the way it fastens on your legs. Tried for the first time yesterday, and got a fantastic workout. I use both the ankle and thigh straps, and pretty much keep them on my whole workout--which is a mixture of stretching, MMA, and weight-lifting. The thing I really like is the way the thigh bands connect to the front and back, which gives a very balanced, comfortable feel when you are wearing. Both the ankle and thigh straps stay on very well, and the clip-on resistance bands are of a much higher quality than I expected. I say that because for the relatively low price I wasn't expecting much, but am pleasantly surprised at both the quality and functional design. As far as results, all I can say is start using resistance bands on your legs. I have already felt a massive improvement in my kicking and stance just from the rubber band style resistance bands, and I can tell this product is going to take me to a new level.

I've been trying to better my health and exercise routines and it was time to focus on my endurance and agility if i wanted to "step it up". That's where this setup came in and I'm liking it. Definitely a big help on my leg regiments. I was a bit worried as I'm pretty tall (7ft - yes 7 lol) that it would be either too short or to much pull due to my height but in all honesty it's perfect and I don't feel any pressure that I think isn't normal. The construction of setup isn't cheap either unlike another set a buddy of mine had and he can tell you the horrors of getting smacked in the hand by that sets bands. Overall I'm happy with my purchase and think for the price I paid it was well worth the money. Also like the videos to help you start out because at first I had no idea what to do but the vids explain everything and I look forward to getting up to the more advanced training!
