The brackets itself are fine but DO NOT TRUST THE SCREWS! Idk where they sourced the screws but I had 4 different ones have the screw heads break off into the wood I was using. I should have learned after #2 but thought I did something wrong, turns out it’s just terrible quality. The screws might as well be made out of aluminum. Black color is nice, just supply your own screws.

I have a beautiful custom frame I wanted to use this for. The screw heads broke off leaving the rest of the metal inside the custom frame. This absolutely ruined my custom frame and I am now out 10 times the money because of the atrocious quality of this product.

I was disappointed with the screws, the heads strip out before going halfway in, and I was using them in a soft plywood. One after another, striped out and completely useless. I think the reason is cheap metal from overseas. I had to go to the hardware store and replace them. I hope the brackets are made better than the screws.. but I worry they may not be any better.

These simple bits of hardware enabled me to redesign the useless lighting in Chinese designed sconces into something to be proud of and happy mount in my home.

I used these for a corner shelf and they work great. Pretty sturdy, great quality and truly black. I had to used different screws to be able to use some dry wall anchors , that was a personal choice. Recommended

The brackets were actually better quality and in appearance than I expected. The complaints about the screws are true, but that's always true about almost anything that includes screws. If you're just using them for soft wood, they're fine. If you have something sturdier, you'll need a different screw to avoid stripping.

it is made out of steel, sticks to magnets and will rust.The very first thing I did was to see if it is indeed SS as other sellers claim it is not. Sure enough it is NOT stainless steel as it sticks to magnets very well. Do note that depending on the composition of SS, some of SS can stick to magnets but this one sticks like any other typical steel.

I ABSOLUTELY do NOT regret getting this. They are very sturdy, very sleek, easy to use. They hold a LOT of weight! GREAT price for how many you get. I looked at several options and this was by far the best there was, and the outcome did not disappoint. I will definitely be looking at this first in the future for other planned projects.
