Works well and MUCH cheaper than going to dermo for treatment
I am so excited to have this laser hair zapper. While not as strong as the one at my dermotologist (obviously!) it is doing a good job at a huge cost savings. I have very light skin and very dark hair, and find I do need the higher setting (using it at a 4 out of 5 currently). I have not had a huge amount of discomfort (sun burn feeling), but I do feel it when it "whacks" the spot which shows it's working. The directions are a little funky in translation... but it is important to understand how to safely use this product... so read and reread until you get it.

Works but get your own eye protection
This is a great product. It really does work. It takes a few rounds to notice a difference but I can definitely see results. Don’t expect it to work as quickly as a professional though. My one complaint is the googles it comes with. They are laughably cheap. Need to wear your own sunglasses

So it's been my third time using the product. I don't see any results yet, but it's still too early to say.The machine is easy to use, little to no pain (which I'm not sure is a good or a bad sign),!it does overheat pretty fast though. 20mins using, 20mins letting it chill unplugged.I used to go and do this procedure at a salon, it was definitely much more pain, but the price is undoubtedly much higher too.So I still hope for results!July 2dHey! So it's been one more week (2more procedures) and I actually seem to have some improvements. I have significantly less hairs on my cheeks, neck, chest, and a white line area. I don't see any results on my armpits and bikini area though, but I'm still working on it and waiting!Keeping it 4 stars for now until I see some results on those areas.July 9thHi again! So I've been using the device as recommended and honestly I'm so happy and relieved! All the facial hair, chest hair and white line hair is GONE! 70-80% of armpits and bikini area hair is gone too, it does take a bit longer to get rid of that, but it grows much slower and there's noticably less of it. Changing it to 5 stars!I wish I could send before and after pictures, but I don't have the before ones, lol😁Anyways, totally recommend it!September 13th.

Doesn't work, save your money
Product seems like a scam. Tested on underarms (light skin, dark hair) and hair still grows back normally. Went to return it and I was past the return window - which was 30 days, wayyy too early to know if it works or not.This product was rated "Amazon Choice" when I bought it and had a bunch of 5 star reviews. Now it is not labeled an Amazon Choice product and has only 10 reviews, mostly negative. Pretty sure I was scammed by Amazon out of over $100 by them endorsing a product they know was fake and I would like my money back

What happened to all the good reviews?
When I bought this they have 5 stars and 59 reviews. NOW they only have 11 plus mine?! Wtf? IT IS BECAUSE IT IS A SCAM!!! IT DOES NOT WORK. I GOT MINE 3 MONTHS AGO AND STILL HAIR!!

Doesn’t remove hair
This product hasn’t worked for me. I have tried every setting on various parts of my body and it simply doesn’t remove hair. I have had great success at professional salons but was hoping to save some money and do it myself. Looks like I am going back to the professionals.

Beware
Very iffy when this arrived. Directions were very unclear and appeared to be written by a 3rd grade student. I could not bring myself to even try to use the product given the quality and very unsafe & poor instruction. Returned !
