Love the shirt, it mostly fit, just runs a bit small. Mediums usually fit me well, i should've gone with a large. I'm roughly 32-33" circumference between waist and abdomen, 5'7 and between 160-165. Hopefully this helps someone when choosing their size.Still love the shirt and I'll keep wearing it the days im not bloated lol
