Not a Direct Bolt On
Very poor design, just about every hole needed to be drilled open more to line up with the factory mounts. One of the sides was also too long and needed to be grinded down. Was to tight on top of it all and scratched up my bike trying to get it on. Color is also noticeably off from factory.
