My helper has taken this product and claims that she is feeling much energetic and good after taking this for the first time. She will be ordering it again soon.

There are so many choices for fish oils on amazon, its really hard to try to figure out which are manufactured the best/safest and actually give you what they say. My strategy is to do a rotation of 2 or 3 different brands so if I get a mix in case some are worse than others. I wanted to try this one because it had great credentials, checking many 3rd party type checks to make you feel like it should be a good one. I did 90 days of Sports Research fish oils because they also have good credentials and had no fish burps. I'm about 2 weeks into these nutrigold ones and i've been noticing fish burps since day 3, usually within just a few hours of taking one in the morning. Still giving 3 stars because they might be good quality, but I will likely go back to Sports Research after this cuz I dont care for the fish burps.

The optometrist told me my eyes are dry because I stare at a computer screen all day but also because my eyes are running out of their natural lubricant. It's been a couple months now and I do think there's been an improvement! Could be many things, but I think the additional two pills of fish oil each day has helped.

Still have fishy burps sometimes. And bottle has a very fishy smell. But otherwise ok. I need a higher milligram for my dry eye so I deal with it.

I have bought the product 3 times, excellent quality but the last 2 times I have not been able to consume it because the broken packaging arrives, I understand they must pack it with better care since it will be impossible to buy it again.
