We'd just returned from Amsterdam where this book was in our hotel room so I'd looked through it there. It makes a great souvenir of the trip.

This is a very beautiful book. It has a lot of fascinating and insightful photos. I rarely leave reviews but this book is outstanding. There are many more photos than I had expected. It is very well done.

Had to fight like hell to return this book for some reason. The content and the print quality was very poor.

Expensive but I loved it. It's immersive, in that the images stretch to the edge of each page. Feels like you're there.

I visited Amsterdam eleven times between 1978-2010 and obviously I'm passionate about that city. However; even if you've never been there, the photos in this book will surely make you want to visit. The photographer has captured the special sights & ambiance beautifully and it's not at all a "touristic" book; it's filled with many lovely photos.
