Why pay more?
I bought these truly wireless earphones from the seller Audio E-Shop and they were genuine and sealed. They are around £10 more expensive than importing from China but I personally would rather pay that for Amazon customer support and Prime delivery. As for the earphones themselves, I am coming from a pair of £140 Samsung Galaxy Buds, so I have a few points of comparison. You may be surprised what you can get for a fifth of the price.Firstly, the packaging itself screams "budget". They come in a cheap sleeved cardboard box which contains the container/ charging case, the buds themselves, a Micro USB charging cable (a shame there's no USB C but not surprising at this price point) and some spare tips. It's what I expected. The charging case itself is made of matte plastic with a bit of flex on the lid, but it's solid enough. The top is actually translucent, so you can see the charging lights on the buds inside the case. I like this. The lid is magnetic but not particularly secure. I dropped the case once and the buds went flying across the room. This also happens with the Galaxy Buds (and is how I lost them) so this seems typical of the magnetic case design. When inserting the buds into the charging case they fly into place. The magnets inside feel strong. The case itself is big - accommodating a large battery. This is a trade off I'm willing to make as it still easily fits in to my pocket and the case battery has yet to run out after around 20 hours of listening. The Galaxy Buds, by comparison, were only good for about 12 hours of total use.Pairing was really easy. I just took both buds out of the case, searched for them under Bluetooth settings and paired them instantly. When in the ear, the QCY's are really comfy. They're light and it's easy to forget they're there. I was a bit worried about how secure they would be - the Galaxy Buds "twist" in to the ear and fit really tightly - but there was no reason to worry. The controls are a little more fiddly than the Galaxy Buds though. The QCY's have physical buttons, unlike the touch controls on the Galaxy Buds. This is another sacrifice made to fit the budget. In practice this means that you'll have to press quite firmly on the controls to pause music, skip tracks or activate Google Assistant/ Siri, which pushes the bud itself in to your ear. It's not as bad as some accounts I'd read online but it's definitely not the most comfortable experience. Some people may just prefer to pause/ skip with their phone.I'm no audiophile but I've been through my fair share of budget earphones, both wired and wireless. There are plenty of wired IEMs in this price range that will offer superior sound quality. Soundmagic, the Xiaomi Pistons, KZ buds, etc etc. WIth TWS earphones I often feel like I'm sacrificing sound quality for convenience. I definitely felt that with the Galaxy Buds. And it's the case here - you can get better sounding (wired) earphones for £30 - but the value proposition is entirely different. These sound great. They sound way better than the Galaxy Buds and I'm honestly shocked. For nearly a fifth of the price (depending where you buy from) you get a far fuller sound with adequate bass. Noise isolation is pretty good but it will depend on your ear. They form a good seal for me. The volume is more than adequate. You may be able to get a better sound from wired earphones at this price but they are in the same ballpark, and that's the first time I've been able to say that about budget wireless earphones. The reliability of the connection is also good. Again, they also comfortably beat the Galaxy Buds in this department, which were always losing connection. I cycle to work with my phone in my pocket and you could often hear the connection breaking up with the movement of my leg back and forth. I bought a phone mount to reduce this problem but the QCY's perform perfectly in this scenario. On the rare occasion that they do drop connection, there are no abrupt or "breaking up" sounds like with the Galaxy Buds. They simply briefly pause playback when the connection is interrupted then continue. I'd much rather this brief silence than the skipping/ static/ loud squeal that the Galaxy Buds make when they lose connection. Conclusion: I can't speak for the longevity of the QCY's - I've only had them a few days - but so far I am very impressed. I feel a bit silly for buying the Galaxy Buds in the first place, when you get better sound quality and battery life at a fraction of the price.Positives: - good sound quality - good battery life with great battery life in the case - comfortable fit - good noise isolation - cheapNegatives: - uncomfortable physical controls - case slightly flimsy

Super Quality Wireless Earbuds
As an owner of Bose QC35 wireless headphones I know what makes for a comfortable and immersive sound experience and I am genuinely blown away by the quality of sound and comfort these buds offer.Obviously the sound quality isn't up to Bose or high-end over ear headphone standard but it is most definitely the best of any of my wireless in-ear designs I currently own.I've had various wireless headphones since the early days and the quality just gets better and better with regard to sound quality, build quality, battery life and cost.Although these 'only' have 4 hour battery life that is very good for this type of earphones and I do get a good 4 hours constant listening from them, maybe a little bit more. The charging hub is compact (and foolproof) and the buds charge quickly so it works out perfectly for time as I can charge back up at lunch time after a mornings work (and mornings listening).I did have a real problem initially when trying to pair them with my phone and only had sound coming from one ear so I though they were faulty.....half an hour later I realised that I had paired the phone with the bud which had the name ending in 'L' and it should have been paired with the bud which had the name ending in 'R' - the instructions do mention that so it's entirely my fault and they've performed flawlessly ever since. As they fit tightly into the ear canal they block out external sound and while this is not exactly 'noise cancelling' it certainly does block out external noise and gives a much better listening experience than 'on-ear' or 'hang in ear' types of headphones.I have given this pair to my son as he wanted a good pair of wireless ear buds and I'll definitely be buying more for myself. He recently took them to school and lots of kids swapped buds, earphones, headphones and all agreed that the sound quality from these was exceptional which made the people who had wasted big bucks on those ridiculously expensive 'airpods' from Apple a bit embarrassed to be there.'A fool and his money are easily parted....'You definitely won't be wasting money buying these and I have no hesitation recommending them - just ensure that they are comfortably and securely fitted before starting any headbanging.....
