I've used it for a month so that I could get a true sense of how well it works in these areas:*Vacuum Seal*Leak Proof*Keeps Beverage Hot/Cold*Ease of Cleaning*PortabilityThis is finally, the perfect travel mug! It's important that you close it properly. First, leave the drink spout open. Then carefully press the lid onto the mug and turn it till it's tight. Then you can close the drink spout and this will provide a vacuum seal.Typically, I leave for work at 7 and my coffee is still hot (not just warm, but hot) at 11:30. By 12:30 is when I notice it has cooled down, but still warm enough to enjoy. So, a good 5 hours of hot beverage. I noticed that it would stay hot for about 6 hours if I let the flask sit with hot water for a few minutes before emptying it and then filling it with coffee. When I used it for cold water, it stayed Icy cold for 7 or more hours. Excellent for the bedside table at night!The smooth, metal interior makes it so easy to clean. There's no staining and no residual odors if you wash it with a little dish soap & warm water. This has a handle for easy portability. It fits easily into any car cup holder. I've also put in into my tote bag for work, which gets bumped all around and I haven't had one drop of spill or leakage at all. Perfect!

I only used this for a couple weeks. It works very well. There are just three things to pay attention to to have it truly leak proof. 1) Make sure the drinking sprout is lined up with the logo. 2) Cut the thread and the tag of a tea bag. It will leak if you leave the thread and the tag dangling. 3) Don't close the sprout cover until the lid is secured if you want to have the "vaccum seal" and true leak proof that was mentioned in the other review. It did not keep the drink piping hot for a whole day but it stayed hot long enough in appropriate drinking temperature. The beverage definitely stays hot longer if you keep the sprout cover closed. I really like it! The handle also makes it convenient when you got many other things in your hands. The size is just right to fit into the side pouch of my backpack.

being the first to buy the product, I was hesitate to make the purchase. However, I am now happy that I bought this coffee mug after a period of using it.The appearance and design is what I want from a coffee mug, simple and with the shape of a paper one. leak proof is true even if I pour freshly made hot coffee in it. Overall, it is worth the price and I like it!

This has been great, stays cold the entire time I'm at work and even after! I use it for my water, but has also been great for coffee. Love that it has a handle.

My travel mugs showed up with no label on them, they were just plain black. The picture in the description shows the mug with a label printed on it. I returned both.

The perfect size for my mini Cooper cup holder. Yet, It holds Around 20 ounces of liquid. It also keeps my drinks cold or hot which ever one I desire. It is perfect!

Excellent cup, better than I thought. Holds heat very well and ice will still be in it the next day if used for cold. I would highly recommend.

I ordered a second insulated cup do both my husband and myself would have one to take on the road in the morning because the Sboly machine I ordered came with one.Only mine was not included in the box I have not heard anything back about the cup as of yet 🤔 oh well I still live it tho it's great and my coffee stays hot for a very long time, longer than any other insulated cup I have bought.
