Really Great Hat, Great Customer Service
First I'll say, I had ordered the Bullet Band hat in XL first. When it arrived, it was noticeably small despite my head size measuring in the XL range. But on that first hat, despite that it is quality leather with a great quality hat band, there was a stitching alignment issue between the brim and crown. The seller however, has excellent customer service (very responsive to emails) and the return and refund process was a breeze. I can't imagine it being any easier actually. I received the refund very quickly and immediately turned right around and order another of the same hat in the XXL size.The second hat fit perfectly, so they do run a little smaller than you might expect, probably due to the thicker, quality leather. But I love this hat, it feels great, looks great, and has a sturdy feel that gives confidence that it will last a long time. Not only will I consider buying from them again, but if they can get the more realistic Croc Teeth hat band for the 3H15 hat (as seen in so many pictures on the web), instead of the orange-tinted plastic looking one on the hat pictured above, I'll DEFINITELY buy that one as well.With a quality hat like this, and the 'no questions asked' return policy, you really can't lose. Excellent price, excellent quality, and excellent customer service make for a win-win hat purchase.

Hat is good! I like it
Hat is good! I like it, however, I should have ordered a large instead of an Xtra Large. It is just a bit on the big side.
