Bzzz... honey!
Spicey, grainy, dissolves in your mouth with such a luxurious feel, this honey is sure to both impress and surprise. Such a unique flavor, something oddly familiar yet unacquainted with for so long. I want to say that it has notes akin to menthol, though that's not quite an accurate way of putting it. Will order more when the wallet begins to grow more fat.I don't know if this is raw or not as I cannot read Russian, and more so, have not an easy way to research this company's practices. But delicious and does not taste filtered or pasteurised is what I can say.

Wonderful quality and a great manuka honey substitute
This is a wonderful, completely raw linden tree honey. It comes from Bashkiria, one of the most ecologically pristine regions with abundant vegetation. I grew up in Russia and this is just the way i remember it. Natural honey traditions are still very strong there, as in the ancient times Russia was the largest producer of the best honey in the world - because the winters are long and very cold, vegetation has to pack an intense punch of nutrients for the shorter summers. I see no reason to shell out for manuka honey, because we've used linden honey for centuries and it is one of the most powerful antibacterial agents around and might be even be stronger than that. Great to treat sore throat or a cold or just enjoy this vanilla-caramel-flower goodness off the spoon.
