Love the height of product and the flow of the incense and smell just wish it had come with a variety of incense instead of one kind and more incense it clogs a little after the incense burn but still great product

The media could not be loaded.  For the price it does what it's meant to do! I think it's actually a great starter burner and very relaxing to watch, I would recommend this item to anyone looking to get into the incense burner world

I absolutely love this. The size and the price cant beat it. I purchase one before it was smaller and costmore from a different retailer, I definitely recommend this one. It got shipped in a beautiful gift box really nice presentation (which was free) that was standard packaging simply amazing.

Very hard to get inscent to get stable to light there a dip in the top. It’s cute for a few minutes.

BEWARE! Product received not as shown. Burner is cheap resin, not ceramic, did not include stick incense holder as shown, and a cheap plastic doilie instead of the pad shown. Product also did not include the 200pcs of cone incense. 20pcs of dingy brown cones were sent instead of the 200 pcs of brightly colored cones. I guess the cheap pair of tweezers were supposed to make it all better. I'm glad I opened the box before wrapping it and that Prime offers free returns for this product. Unsatisfactory on all levels!

my brother loves this backflow burner, he loves the look of driftwood and waterfall, he uses it for relaxation and pleasure to smell the different scents.

This is a good size and super cool! I just wish the cones lasted longer but that's not their fault. My friend thought this was awesome.. Gonna get more for presents 🙂

I don't like how cones burn down in under 3 mins.
