Nicole at Customer Service is amazing! The Cushions are SUPERB!!! Extremely Comfortable, adjustable, and I love the Pivotal Face Rest Cradle!!! Oh and they arrived faster than expected!

The packaging was fine. Stiching and outer materials were fine. The cushions insid though, those aren't great. They depress rather quickly into the frame of the set and eventually all cushion is rendered useless. You'll begin to feel every piece of plastic inside which makes for a very uncomfortable experience. This is suited for shorter sessions, but I'd recommend going for the name brand.

I did not like this at first at all. I decide to go the cheap route and not purchase the more expensive set that my chiropractor had. That being said, it has come along nicely in the comfort department. When I recently purchased a massage table, which I still dislike, I placed this on top of it and voila, lying on this became bearable, as did the massage table. The only thing I still can't stand is the head rest. It does not adjust as it should and I use two cushions to prop it for comfort. That being said, I like this more and more with each use, and no I am not pregnant. My chiropractor said that this is really for ex stomach sleepers that miss sleeping that way. She is right and it takes me back to the sleeping comfort of my youth, without displacing my neck. In conclusion, I do now recommend this and am glad I kept it and broke it in.

Pregnancy bolsters very comfortable for 2-3hrs, which is perfect for a treatment. I don’t recommend trying to sleep on it (on your side, I did not try face down).Differences between this product and the $600 BodyCushion (older model):- lower grade foam, therefore less support and needs a firm surface to hold its shape- same general shape but less detail in the foam cut-outs giving slightly less support- head piece attaches into the top bolster resolving the issue of the head rest being too lowOverall I think it is an impressive product for its price range. I ended up returning it because it didn’t solve my sleeping issue, which I mostly resolved with other pillows and cushions.
