I'm a chronic migraine sufferer of 20+ years and blue light from phone/computer use and fluorescent lights is a huge trigger for me.I bought these to try and they make a huge difference.I noticed I could watch TV or use my laptop for more than 30 mins at a time the first time wearing there.Iwas skeptical at first,but after having them for a couple of months and trying them everywhere - they truly do lessen the strain on my eyes from blue light.I can use the computer,phone,watch TV,be under fluorescent lights about 50% longer than I used to.So it's not a cure all,but anything helps!!

They do reflect a lot of blue light. They don't seem to smudge much and are easily cleared. And the packaging is pretty fantastic,as other reviews have mentioned. A+ from me.

I regularly play video games, sometimes for large blocks of time, and then I really start to feel the strain on our eyes after days in a row while playing. I was definitely skeptical at first and after researching, we decided on purchasing these and they are wonderful! I can not only see the difference but feel the weight lifted off my eyes. So far, I haven't encountered any problems with them so I would definitely recommend to those who spend any time in front of a tv, computer screen, or otherwise blue light emitting device! And these glasses are light weight, a cute universal fit. Love these!

I am a teacher so I spend a lot of time staring at screens. These are great for that. I read reviews and saw lots of complaints about the yellow tint. The tint is not very noticeable to me and doesn't bother me it all.
