Bought this collar as my cat has a severe flea allergy. After wearing this collar for 4 days, he now has a hairless collar shaped ring around his neck which is extremely sore and a costly trip to the vets is now needed. I do not recommend this collar

What attracted me to this is:1) It’s meant to last 8 months2) It uses natural ingredientsIt comes in a metal tin, and the collar is long enough even for large cats.The collar is made from a rubbery plastic, it’s easy to put on the cat.It does give off a subtle smell of eucalyptus oil, and it appears to be working well, as we haven’t seen any signs of fleas since using it.Being as it lasts 8 months this should prove to be really effective.

These collars are fantastic. I had been flea and tick treatments and they were stilling coming home with ticks every single day. As soon as we put these collars on they stopped completely.There is a strong citrus smell to them at first but that fades a bit. And now I rather like the smell.I have been using the collars for a few weeks so I can’t comment on how long they last but so far so good!Oh, and my cats don’t find them irritating in the slightest, they didn’t even flinch!These actually work!

We have four cats and used all sorts of treatments on them and couldn’t rid off the fleas. Tried these collars, they have a nice smell and they got used to it pretty quickly. We had some peace for maybe a week, then fleas came back - not only that they came back but one of cats has a burnt patch on the top of her neck from this collar and on the other the fleas were living right under the collar. Not reliable, not safe to use, I wouldn’t risk it if I were you.

Really really stinks myself and my cat hate it

Easy enough to put on with 2 if your cat struggles with these but think it may be a waste of money, I've not seen any fleas but my cat keeps jumping n biting hear his tail and side of his legs

Not an expensive item but better to save money and pay more for an item that actually works. Since placing this on my cat she has had so many ticks it's not even funny. Won't be buying again.

Bought thrse collars because of the very good reviews, but I can honestly say, after 2 weeks of wearing, my cats are still not flea free. Will not be buying again.
