Fits perfectly and easily.
I have a 2010 CRV (bought in 2011). I bought 2 replacement fobs (one for each key) and I kept making a mistake putting them together. (My fault for doing when I was tired and in a rush.) Once I realized my error, it snapped together easily and the second one was done in a flash.I had been told to go to a locksmith (which was 20 minutes away) to have them do it. Would have cost me at least 10x the price (min) ... not to mention my travel time. I watch a video before buying and figured I could wait a couple of days for the package and do it myself. Some things are worth doing yourself. Just don't be sleepy and in a rush. (A lesson I problem will still need to be reminded of from time to time.)

Almost perfect
The key fob case looks good and seems solid. Only snag was that the plastic holder that slides down and attaches your key to the outer case didn't quite make it all the way down to the proper position on my key (my key was for a 2010 Insight). That caused a misalignment with the hole and the outer case that needed a clean shot for the retaining screw. As I tightened the screw, it did not seat properly and kept pushing the sides of the case open. I solved the problem by filing down the bottom horns of the key since I could not easily reduce the thickness of the plastic holder. Took some effort but eventually worked. Caveat: I'm not sure if the key I was using was an aftermarket replacement or the original key. We had one replaced a long time ago, so yours might work just fine.

Exact fit
EXACT FIT, look and feel as the original one for my Honda CRV. I broke the first one about a year after having it and had to reorder one. TIP: hold both parts together tightly when screwing screw in or else they start to separate and it feels like the screw is too long. It’s not.

Good replacement
Good fit to key but not easy to assemble

Little work saves LOTS of money
Going to get a new key is crazy-expensive. I haven't had it long enough to say for sure that this case is durable. The only downside is removing the chip. Besides that, it did its job; replaced a broken key.

Worth the effort
You do have to do a little work transferring the data thing but, well worth the effort. Beats spending a couple to ⁹three hundred bucks at the dealer!I would buy this again in a heartbeat.

No housing for chip, but good value otherwise.
Didn't have housing for the small chip so had to get electric tspe.

Go to the dealer instead!
Fits the Honda 2006 Ridgeline, but I wish I had known that programming the key fob to lock and unlock the doors doesn't mean the car will start afterwards. Apparently the dealer or a locksmith is required to then program the transponder. No $ savings there!
