Suicide Squad

While the plot is standard Hollywood and predictable, the footage showing vintage fire equipment and trucks make it worth watching. If one looks close enough, there is an converted steamer shown with the box cab . That would have to be turn of the century era ( 1900) . Footage also includes scenes of the tiller man on the hook and ladder as he guides the back end of the truck around corners. The OBA's ( oxygen breathing apparatus ) shown were in use decades later even, though Scott air packs were available after 1950. Overall , never mind about the plot but enjoy the footage of the fire fighters in action in the 1930's.

we all know Alpha vids are ok at bestI picked it up to see the old fire enginesmy dad is a retired fire chief....he watched it and just shook his headis something to see in my book but I had a very specific reason

It was OK.

Shows like it is in color, but it is in black and white. Ordered the wrong Suicide Squad. Want to return to get back money.

Very entertaining movie.
