Q: I have a 2000 yj, will these fit?

If you mean a 2000 TJ yes, it will take a bit of patience to get them on right, but once they are on they look great. Worth the money for sure.

Q: This says it fits 1984-2001 jeep Cherokee, but in the description it says it doesn't fit a 2000 jeep Cherokee. What gives?

There particuLar parts on the door and body where the trim is bulker/larger then older jeep models. At least that's what I'm gathering from reading and comparing differences in side by side photos. Fit perfectly on my 96.
