Blue Book of Electric Guitars Paperback – December 1, 2014

It was fairly thorough but didn't cover enough particulars. Types of tailpieces and differences in value.

It has been ten years since I purchased the blue book on electric guitars. This was a needed update to my reference library. Many newer models and makers listed too, which is nice.

This book is one of my bibles. I collect ,buy and sell guitars and it gives me an accurate estimate of the fair market value. More pictures of the guitars would help a lot with people who are not as guitars savvy as I am.

Past editions had a lot more pictures of guitars. Rare guitars were missing.

this is great book, huge number of guitars are listed in this book. This is the best book on the market by for. It includes so many makes and models.

Loved it as i love pricing guitars. The only downside is the reliability, pages just started falling appart as i've used the book maybe 20 times in the last 2 weeks. Threat it real well.

Value being relative and subjective, the Blue Book condition chart seems fair and helpful for both buyers and sellers of used guitars.A CD/DVD listing would be more useful.

As usual, a very good source of information! Includes very good instrument descriptions and pricings.
